You may have heard about this before. Oysters. Egg yolks. Salmon. Spinach. Pomegranate.

Eat these, and your testosterone goes up. That's the pitch, anyway.

What's Real About These Foods

These foods aren't nonsense. Each one does something.

Oysters are loaded with zinc, and zinc is genuinely important for testosterone production. Egg yolks and fatty fish bring selenium and vitamin D, both linked to healthy hormone levels. Spinach has magnesium, and one study found magnesium supplementation raised testosterone in both athletes and regular guys. Pomegranate juice showed a small bump in one short study too.
